RETAILER Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

 

1.1 The competition will be hosted on the South african cloth nappy retailers facebook group where you can see more details on how to enter. Competition ends 19 February 2018

1.2 The competition is organised and administered by the admins of the SACNU Facebook group/page and owners of the SACNU website (hereafter known as "Promoters").

1.3.1 If you are a winner, the products you added will go live

1.3.2 If you are a winner and already have a contract with us, your contract will be extended accordingly

1.3.3 All products added for the competition needs to be accurate and valid (As they will go live if you win a package)

1.3.4 Only cloth nappy and baby eco friendly related retailers are allowed to enter

1.4 Entries will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified if the entrant does not provide all requested information for the competition

1.5. Drawing the winners for the competition will be done by random.org. 

1.6 The winner will be announced on the South African Retailers group. 

1.7 The decision of the Promoters is final and the Promoters shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.

1.8 Prizes are not transferable and can not be changed in any way

1.9 We take no responsibility for any incorrect entries, assistance may be provided on occasion at random but if not, the responsibility is still on the entrant to review the competition details and ensure they have a correct entry to be eligible for a draw

2.1 The winner agrees to the use of her/his name as well as details of their entry in any publicity material, the group and page announcements

2.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

3.1 The competition is only open to South African residents and cloth nappy or cloth nappy related retailers

3.2  Administrators of the SACNU facebook group and page and owners of the SACNU website may not enter the competitions.

3.3 Leaders (moderators) of the SACNU facebook group were not involved in the adminstration & organisation of the competitions and thus may enter.

4.1 This competition is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You (the entrant) understand that you are providing your information to the Promoters and not to Facebook. 

4.2 Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition can be directed to the Promoters and not to Facebook.

4.3 Instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

 

5.1 By entering this competition an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

5.2 All general T&Cs still apply and can be viewed here

5.3 The Promoters reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoters.
