Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

 

1.1 We will host several games and competitions with detailed information on the South African Cloth Nappy Users facebook group or SACNU facebook page where you can win tickets.

1.2 The games and competitions are organised and administered by the admins of the SACNU Facebook group/page and owners of the SACNU website (hereafter known as "Promoters").

1.3 Entries will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified if the entrant does not provide all requested information for the specific game/competition

1.4 OTB shots of someone else's child will not be allowed as entry to any competition or game.

1.5 Each game will state how many tickets can be won.

1.6. Drawing the winners for the games will be done by random.org. Due to the volume of entries we will extract the answers to an excel spreadsheet and then draw the ticket winners

1.7 The ticket winners will be announced on the group as well as entered on our spreadsheet against their relevant ticket number.

1.8 The ticket numbers will be entered into a random draw. Multiple random draws will be done to find the winners of the above mentioned prizes (on the 26th of November ).

1.9 Each prize will have only 1 winner.

1.10 Prize winners and the detail of their prize will be announced on our group or/and page.

1.11  The decision of the Promoters is final and the Promoters shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.

1.12 Any SACNU voucher prizes need to be spend at one of the sponsors, we will provide the voucher for the sponsor you chose

1.13 We take no responsibility for any incorrect entries, assistance may be provided on occasion at random but if not, the responsibility is still on the entrant to review the competition details and ensure they have a correct entry to be eligible for a draw

2.1 The Promoters won't be responsible for the prizes, all prizes were sponsored by the retailers and any correspondence after announcing the winners should be made to the relevant retailer

2.2 The winner agrees to the use of her/his name as well as details of their entry in any publicity material, the group and page announcements

2.3 If any retailer fails to provide the prize they sponsored to their winner, they will be banned from any future SACNU competitions

2.4 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. Sponsored prizes were specified by the retailer via an online form

2.5 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

2.6. All prizes can be assumed as excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated

2.7 Unless specifically stated otherwise, no vouchers will be exchanged for cash, they are to be redeemed on a purchase from the relevant Sponsor.
 

3.1 The competitions is only open to South African residents

3.2  Administrators of the SACNU facebook group and page and owners of the SACNU website may not enter the competitions.

3.3 Leaders (moderators) of the SACNU facebook group were not involved in the adminstration & organisation of the competitions and thus may enter. 

3.4  Retailers/WAHMS and their affiliates may enter the competitions, however they will not be eligible to win their own/affiliate brand's prizes. In the case that their name is draw for their own/affiliated brand, the draw will be redone for that specific prize.

4.1 This competition is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You (the entrant) understand that you are providing your information to the Promoters and not to Facebook. 

4.2 Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition can be directed to the Promoters and not to Facebook.

4.3 Instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

 

5.1 By entering this competition or any parts of the birthday week celebrations, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

5.4 The Promoters reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoters.
